BHF signs up to Fenics FX

FRANKFURT - BHF-Bank, a German private bank, has signed a three-year contract for GFI Fenics FX, a pricing and risk management software system.

Fenics FX went live at the bank's headquarters in Frankfurt at the start of this year, after a six-week testing period. The system uses mathematical models and independent market data to formulate and quote prices for foreign exchange options. The licence permits 10 users, and will be employed across trading and sales trading desks at the bank.
