McKenzie resurfaces at Lava Trading

McKenzie’s hire is part of an initiative by the firm to build its sales team, said David Ogg, head of LavaFX in New York. Ogg added that Lava will hire another four to five staff this year.
McKenzie last worked for German bank Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (DrKW) in London, where he was head of business development for FX, reporting to Frankfurt-based Oliver Heeb, then FX managing director (FX Week, October 18, 2004).
