Citi forex teams in London and Paris suffer losses

Andrew Baxter, a prop FX trader on Citi's spot desk in London, left in May, having joined Citi in London in December 2001. Baxter is believed to be joining ex-colleague Richard Selby at Standard Chartered in London.

Selby has worked for Standard Chartered from April 2005 as chief dealer of spot FX, after working at Citi between 2002 and 2005 (FX Week, April 18, 2005). Standard Chartered did not confirm Baxter's hire by press time.

Also in London, FX bank salesperson Achilles Risvas has left
