Trio departs Lehman Brothers

London-based global head of spot Cameron Miller, is no longer at the US investment bank, and is understood to be on gardening leave until March. Market sources say he is not expected to return to the industry. A Lehman spokesperson said the bank has yet to make a decision on Miller’s replacement, although a successor is likely to be named soon.
