Calyon loses FX exotics head in London

Stephane Coquillaud, who joined the French dealer in January 2007, is believed to have left the bank's London office last month.

Upon joining Calyon, Coquillaud was understood to have reported to David Hitchins, the bank's global head of foreign exchange options in London.

Hitchins has since decamped to TD Securities in London, where he will take up a position as global head of foreign exchange options in September (FX Week, June 23). In his new role, he will report to Moti Jungreis, global head
