Feder joins from Bear Stearns, where he has held a number of senior management roles, most recently co-heading its prime brokerage business. He will start at Standard Chartered in July and will oversee capital markets, rates and FX, and transaction banking. The bank created the new role to oversee the 56 different countries Standard Chartered operates in. The heads of these stations will remain in place and report through to Feder.
