UBS veteran retires
Ellen Schubert, global head of hedge funds and prime brokerage in fixed income at UBS in Stamford, Connecticut, is retiring from the bank. Schubert concludes a 16-year career at the Swiss bank, during which she held a number of senior roles, including head of foreign exchange distribution for North America. She joined the bank through the merger of Union Bank of Switzerland with Swiss Bank Corp (SBC) to form United Bank of Switzerland, as head of sales for North America (FX
