RBS hires Japan eCommerce head

Kawada is based in Tokyo and will grow the distribution of the bank's electronic products in Asia. She will work closely with Michelle Neal, London-based head of fixed income eCommerce, rates and credit.
Kawada joins the bank from Deutsche Bank, where she was head of eFX sales and marketing. At RBS, she will report to Tom Picard, head of financial markets Asia-Pacific sales and marketing, and Tom Roche, head of eCommerce and integrated treasury solutions in London.
