New sales head at BarCap
Richard Longmore starts his role as managing director, head of European FX sales for Barclays Capital this week. He joins from Merrill Lynch, where he was managing director and head of EMEA FX sales (FX Week, May 22). Prior to that, he spent 13 years at JP Morgan Chase, most recently as head of global professional sales. At BarCap he reports to George Athanasopoulos, head of global FX sales. Athanasopoulos also joined BarCap from Merrill Lynch, where he was head of
