Global sales head for HSBC

Prat relocates from London, where he was head of sales for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for global markets, to take the newly created role. HSBC said the post was created to help "accelerate and enhance the globalisation" of its markets' businesses. A spokesperson said a replacement has not yet been announced.
Prat will now have regional heads of FX sales for the Americas, Asia-Pacific and EMEA reporting to him as well as to the relevant regional head of global markets. He reports to
