Reuters' outage feeds rival volumes
It is understood the outage prompted Reuters to shut down the platform's servers at 2205 GMT on Sunday July 22 for emergency maintenance.
"We tackled the problem occurring on Sunday night immediately, and full service was restored on the Matching on Reuters platform as quickly as possible," a spokesperson at Reuters said.
