The 38th annual ACI congress drew roughly 1,300 delegates (close to 2,000 including vendors and spouses) to this year's event in Frankfurt. Easily the highlight of the social sessions was Friday night's turn-of-the-century fairground theme, which featured, among many, many other things, an FX fortune teller who hailed from New York, a Ferris wheel, games, fire eaters, German food and beer stands.
