Salaries up but bonuses could fall for forex traders in London

LONDON -- The latest salary survey released this month by UK consultancy firm Monks Partnership shows that FX trading salaries and bonuses have risen in the City this year.

But industry recruiters surveyed by FX Week said bonuses could fall next year, if the slowdown in the global economy is reflected in banks’ overall profits.
