Thai Farmers Bank Rolls Out MKI Capital Market Products

BANGKOK -- The Thai Farmers Bank says it will go live with FX trade control and risk management systems from software firm Midas Kapiti International Risk (MKI Risk) in January 2001.

The software is currently being installed in the bank's headquarters in Bangkok, says a spokesperson for MKI Risk in London. Thai Farmers Bank will go live with the systems for risk management in its fixed income and derivatives operations in May 2001, adds the spokesperson.

It chose MKI Risk's products ahead of one
