Chase Boosts Forex Presence In Asia-Pacific With New Moves In Sydney And Singapore

Chase Manhattan Bank is boosting its foreign exchange business in the Asia-Pacific region by expanding in both Sydney and Singapore. The bank is making "comprehensive, across-the-board upgrades" to its capabilities in Sydney, and Singapore is building up its regional currency desk after moving it from Hong Kong, according to bank sources in both centres who wish to remain unnamed.
