Earnings boost for cross-asset derivatives dealers

LONDON -- Forex and interest rate derivatives sales dealers spanning multiple asset classes are seeing an increase in their earning power, according to a survey from FX Week’s sister publication Risk magazine, published this month.

The salary survey, covering derivatives dealers in a range of products, found sales staff managing hybrid rates and forex, or rates and credit transactions, command a premium.

Jobs are also plentiful for those traders, sales staff and structurers with a roster of hedge
