Postipankki's Wheeler Moves To Head New Singapore FX Desk

Postipankki Ltd. is moving Charles Wheeler, currently the vice president and foreign exchange manager of its New York branch, to lead the Finnish bank's foray into the Far East. Wheeler has just been named treasurer and deputy general manager of the bank's new Singapore trading operation.
The Singapore branch will be modest, comprising six traders in all, four in foreign exchange and two in money markets. Besides Wheeler, Postipankki plans to send two traders from Helsinki to the region, one each
