Internet Inks Pact With Pardigm Shift Total Acquisition To Follow Shortly?

U.K.-based back-office banking systems supplier Internet has just signed an exclusive pact with Paradigm Shift, to market and distribute Paradigm's information distribution and deal capture system. The agreement signals Internet's move into front-office products and sources familiar with the company say that it will soon acquire Paradigm, a U.K.-based financial software firm formerly known as Ceres Trading Systems.
