StanChart Cuts Senior London FX Staff While Moving Others Between Centres

Standard Chartered Bank is continuing the selective cut-back to its forex operation in London, letting go six dealers last week, confirms Derek Saville, head of treasury for the UK and Europe.

Those let go include Charles Boswell, head of marketing and sales for UK and European multinational corporates; Stewart Clayton, chief forward dealer; and four senior corporate FX sales dealers, including David Harrington and Alan Balchin.
