EC clears Centradia over anti-competition concerns

BRUSSELS -- The European Commission last week cleared European multi-bank FX and treasury trading portal Centradia of anti-competition concerns, following an investigation that has lasted five months.

"In its current form, the deal does not pose any competition problems since the banks have provided assurances that there is no exchange of sensitive information during the trading process, and that they would remain free to trade on other platforms," the Commission said in a release dated June 27
