Former US Secretary of the Treasury, Nicholas Brady, will be the keynote speaker at the Emerging Markets Traders' Association (EMTA) annual meeting, on December 8 in New York. Brady held the position under Presidents Ronald Reagan and George Bush from 1988 until 1993, and is now chairman and chief executive of Darby Overseas Investments. The seminar will also include two separate panel discussions on the "Economic Outlook for the Emerging Markets" and "Investor Perspectives on Emerging Markets"
