Reuters To Stand By All 2000-2 Trades But To What Extent? Who Foots The Bill?

Reuters Holdings PLC insists that it will stand behind any trade on its new Dealing 2000-2 automated matching system, but some analysts worry that such a commitment could be extremely costly and wonder who will ultimately foot the bill.
