Prebon And Garban-Icap Merge Spot FX Broking In London, NY

LONDON/NEW YORK--Garban-Intercapital and the Prebon Group are to create a new brokerage business next month by combining their spot FX operations in New York and London.
The new venture will create the largest voice broker in spot FX, following regulatory approval.
