Yong leaves RBS
Teck Yong
, head of foreign exchange and derivatives at Royal Bank of Scotland in Singapore, has resigned. Yong is believed to be bound for another firm in Singapore, although his whereabouts were not determined by press time. RBS is looking to replace Yong, a spokesperson said.Parker expands
