John Maxwell, global head of treasury for Standard Chartered Bank, is retiring on October 31 after 34 years with the bank. Maxwell is being replaced by Paul Barker, group head of custody for Equitor, a division of StanChart.
John Pierce, previously a managing director and senior dollar/mark trader at Bankers Trust in London, has joined Goldman Sachs. He was with Bankers for the past 11 years, says an official.
Rabobank Nederland in New York has hired sterling and sterling/mark trader Glenn
