FX Salaries Flat In London

LONDON -- The latest FX salary survey from UK consultancy firm Monks Partnership confirms that base salaries for FX trading and sales staff in London remain flat on previous years. The report follows similar findings in the New York market, featured recently in FX Week (May 7).
Other recruitment firms contacted by FX Week said Monks' findings showed slightly lower base salaries than they expected for senior FX dealing positions (see table). But, they added, the survey does not reflect bonuses
