Fund Managers Post Slow Gains According To Ferrell FX Index

Fund managers are reporting slow gains for the first half, although some had a more difficult time in the foreign exchange markets in the second quarter than in the first, according to Ferrell Capital Management's FX Index, a benchmark for tracking the performance of multi-advisor currency portfolios. The Index, which shows an overall gain of 3.8 per cent during the latest quarter, is up from 1.19 per cent posted in the first guarter (FXW, May 6), with 36 programmes in the Index reporting.
