LONDON--The Notification Company Ltd (TNC), a consortium of four London-based international money brokers including Harlow Butler, MW Marshall & Co, Tullett & Tokyo Forex International and Exco, are developing what they hope will become a new market standard. The Direct Deal Notification (DDN) network, as the system is called, will improve the links between banks and brokers, thereby improving the speed and accuracy of transferring deal information into banks' position-keeping and limits
