Moore Becomes Global FX Head At Citibank As Whittaker Moves To Head Group Treasury

LONDON--Citibank has promoted Richard Moore to be global head of foreign exchange following Guy Whittaker’s move to head of group treasury last week.
Moore, who takes charge of the world’s largest foreign exchange operation, was previously European head of FX at the bank in London. His promotion takes effect immediately.
Both Moore and Whittaker joined Citibank as junior forex dealers: Whittaker in 1980, and Moore in 1986.
