Emerging Markets Currency Funds Climb In July

STAMFORD, CT--Currency managers had difficulty generating profits in July, although managers investing in the emerging markets scored better returns, according to the Parker FX Index.

Parker Global Strategies, which tracks the performance currency managers have generated from taking long or short positions in currencies, attributes the success of managers investing in emerging markets to opportunities in the Asian currency markets.
