French Bank Plans Growth In Singapore Forex Team

The French bank Union Européenne de CIC (CIC) is planning an expansion of its foreign exchange trading operations in Singapore, according to its new Singapore general manager Jean-Luc Anglada, a 22-year veteran of competitor Banque Indosuez who joined CIC earlier this year.

"The bank will now be more active not only in Singapore but also in the region," says Anglada. "We also plan to broaden our scope of products and client base but still within the guideline of dealing in the corporate
