HANDJINICOLAOU TAKES ON GLOBAL DEBT AT MERRILL, KEEPS FX ROLE

Merrill Lynch has named George Handjinicolaou as global head of emerging market debt, although he will retain his current responsibility for FX in the Americas, a spokesperson at Merrill Lynch in London told FX Week. He continues to report to Keith Jacobson, New York-based global head of FX, and Tim Likovich, head of debt in the Americas. The change is part of a reshuffle, following the appointment of former global emerging market
