Citizens Capital joins e-FX era

DALLAS -- Citizens Capital Corp will launch a Web-based FX transaction platform next month, the bank said recently.
Citizens is planning to target mid-sized investors and institutions, which, it said, are penalised by larger players for dealing in smaller sizes.
"Our mission is to offer a service that allows small to medium-sized investors and chief financial officers access to 24-hour forex dealing at inter-bank spreads," said Billy Hawkins, chief executive officer at Citizens Capital in Dallas
