Clarification: Midlandeuro And NFA Regulation

FX trading service Midlandeuro is not seeking to register with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, as implied in an FX Week article of March 12, US online FX trading services hit by new CFTC regulations.

Midlandeuro, which is based in Los Angeles, now trades under the name of Delong Friedman & Sukenik, which is a futures commission merchant (FCM) regulated by the National Futures Association. Midlandeuro became regulated when it acquired Delong Friedman & Sukenik one year ago.
