SG, the investment banking arm of French bank Societe Generale, has named Stephane Landon as head of global FX and Paolo Taddonio as head of global treasury, following the retirement of Douglas Plant. Plant, who previously headed both groups, retired from the bank two weeks ago after a 30-year career in SG’s foreign exchange and treasury group.Landon joined SG in 1989 as an FX options trader and became global head of FX options in 1997. He has worked as Plant’s deputy since October 1999.
