
EBS Upgrades Software To Solve First Week's Big-Figure 'Glitches'

Teething problems in the first couple of weeks of operation have led to minor software upgrades to the Electronic Broking Service (EBS), according to officials at Quotron, a partner in the 14-member EBS Partnership.
According to Mike Togher, head of Quotron Foreign Exchange's transaction products group, the company added a new feature to the screen of the automated FX matching system to warn traders when the big figure is changing. Togher confirms market rumors that a few banks had disputes about
