Bloomberg's 4th-Quarter Analyst Rankings Display Total Turnaround From September

The top ten forecasters in Bloomberg's fourth-quarter FX analysts' survey, the results of which were released last week, have turned over completely from the star performers for the third quarter. The fact that none of the top banks last time were able to repeat their performances shows that predicting foreign exchange rates, at least in the longer term, is still an inexact science.
