BofA names global FX head

NEW YORK -- Bank of America has hired Larry Baum to manage its global spot, forwards and proprietary FX trading business. The post has been vacant since December, when former global head of FX trading Richard Breslow left after more than five years at the bank.

Baum starts at the bank in mid-March and will report to global head of FX Beau Cummins, also based in New York. Baum resigned from his former role at Barclays Capital in New York last Thursday (February 28), where he was head of FX trading
