Bank of America has appointed group executive vice president Gerald Doherty, as head of the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Group. Doherty replaces group executive vice president Ralph Schauss, who will head EMEA Emerging Markets, responsible for the bank's existing business and expansion in these markets.
