Citi endorses job sharing

Forex giant Citigroup has adapted its working environment to allow for a job share between two institutional FX sales dealers in its London team, which is managed by Bernard Sinniah, head of FX sales for the UK and continental Europe. Julia Seymour and Amanda O’Sullivan have worked in partnership since September last year and have proved the arrangement can be successful in forex, said a bank spokesperson.

"Citi is a strong supporter of job sharing and has actively encouraged our agreement,"
