CFTC Charges Denver Firm With Currency Options Fraud

WASHINGTON DC--A Denver-based firm became the latest subject of investigations into illegal currency options fraud in the US last month.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the Washington-based group which regulates the US options market, issued a three-count complaint in a Colorado district court on September 27, against Clairmont Capital Corp, and two of its managers: Geoffrey Mann and Charles Trench.
