US Warnings Over FX Web Fraud

NEW YORK--Foreign currency fraud is rapidly moving to the internet, according to a report from Inter@ctive Week, an internet newspaper, which also called for greater regulation of the growing retail market in currency trading by the US authorities.

According to Andrew Holmes, corporations counsel in the enforcement division of the California Department of Corporations, speaking to the business editor Kimberley Weisul, the Californian market regulator, has "numerous open investigations into online
