Yallop appointed chairman of FMSB

The former COO of Icap and Deutsche Bank will take up his new position in July

Mark Yallop, an external member of the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) board, has been appointed to head the Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities Markets Standards Board (FMSB) from July.

London-based Yallop has been a member of the PRA board since 2014. Before that he was the UK chief executive for UBS for one year, and spent just over six years as chief operating officer (COO) of Icap between 2005 and 2011. Earlier, he was COO at Deutsche Bank for nine years.
