Salmon responsible for FX while Cross successor appointed

Chris Salmon, executive director for markets at the Bank of England (BoE), will continue to assume ultimate responsibility for its foreign exchange division. A successor to Michael Cross, who recently resigned as head of FX and reserves management, will be appointed in due course, a source familiar with the matter told FX Week.
