CIBC appoints spot trader in Toronto

Veteran David Piscatelli joins the bank

David Piscatelli has joined Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) as a G10 foreign exchange spot trader.

Based in Toronto, he reports to James Kemp, managing director and head of global FX trading.

Piscatelli has been working in the FX market since 1999, when he joined Morgan Stanley as an agency trader. After more than four years, he moved to Credit Suisse and traded Scandinavian currencies on the spot desk for a similar length of time.
