Messinger to leave BNY Mellon this quarter

Global markets trading head is assisting with business transition

Craig Messinger, executive vice-president and head of global markets trading at Bank of New York (BNY) Mellon, is leaving the firm.

Based in New York, Messinger has held his current role for more than three years, having moved from Pershing, a financial services provider owned by BNY Mellon.

While at Pershing, he was managing director between 2005 and 2011. Previously, he worked at Fidelity Investments for eight years.

Messinger is currently supporting the transition to a new operating model for
