CIBC hires FX options head for Asia
Andrew Mayer, head of foreign exchange options at Natixis Asia, has left the bank to join Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) in a similar role.
Based in Hong Kong, Mayer becomes head of FX options and precious metals in Asia and reports to Chris Dunning, managing director, global head of FX derivatives, who is based in Toronto.
Mayer had been at Natixis since May 2011, also working in Hong Kong. He joined from Morgan Stanley in London where he was executive director in FX options for more
