Morgan Stanley EM strategist joins Goldman Sachs
Vitali Meschoulam, an emerging markets strategist at Morgan Stanley in New York, has left the bank to join Goldman Sachs. Meschoulam will join the bank in New York this quarter as vice-president in the fixed-income, commodities and currencies (Ficc) group. He had been at Morgan Stanley for more than three years, having joined in November 2009, and has previously worked at political risk research and consulting firm Eurasia Group.
