Commerz hires options trading head for Asia
Charles Cernosia, a former foreign exchange options trader at Citi in Singapore, has joined Commerzbank as head of FX options trading for Asia. Cernosia remains in Singapore and reports to Paul Durrant, head of fixed-income trading for Asia. Cernosia spent four years at Citi trading yen options, having joined in 2008 from Lehman Brothers in New York, where he was a senior options trader. Commerzbank declined to comment on the appointment.
