BNP Paribas former forex options head joins StanChart

Standard Chartered has appointed Simon Nursey head of foreign exchange options for Asia, the bank has confirmed.

Nursey, who was formerly global head of FX options at BNP Paribas, has relocated from London to Singapore to take on the new role. He started on August 6 and is responsible for the bank's FX options business across Asia. He reports locally to Behnouche Mostachfi, global head of FX options trading.

The appointment comes three months after Standard Chartered lost two senior FX options
